China's consumer price index (CPI), a main gauge of inflation, grew 2.6 percent year on year in 2013, and 2.5 percent in December of 2013, the National Bureau of Statistics said on Thursday.
China's producer price index (PPI) fell 1.4 percent year on year in December, data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) showed on Thursday.
The Dec. PPI, which measures inflation at the wholesale level, marked a decline for 22 consecutive months. The figure stood unchanged from that in November, the data showed.
Annualized PPI for 2013 fell 1.9 percent year on year, the NBS data showed.
